Effective from June 2024, we are looking for an Assistant Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance pre-opening team who are dedicated to reopening an exceptional residence.

As Assistant Maintenance Engineer, you will be involved in carrying our proactive and reactive maintenance tasks throughout the residences. The role includes to be the first line of response to all maintenance issues, be aware of any hazards or faults and rectify where possible and to supervise external contractors when required. You will be required to work five days over seven on a rota basis (this includes weekend working and bank holidays), 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
When it comes to work if you have…………..
- 2-4 years’ experience gained in a similar role preferably within a similar environment.
- Good communication skills at all levels.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Have great organisation skills.
- Are a confident communicator.
- Have strong attention for detail.
- Take pride in what you do.
- Have a positive attitude in everything you do.
